•Advisory role extends to interpretation of policy terms and conditions in the context of statute & judicial pronouncements.
•Opinion on complicated claims whether payable or not.
•Initiating/Defending cases relating to insurance claims in different Forums/Courts including Consumer Courts, High Courts and Supreme Court of India.
•In the liberalized scenario, advising private players and preparing reports.
•Interaction with Third Party Administrators & other entities in Health Insurance
